1.Reduce the current.
Use small power infrared lights instead of big power infrared lights. This can reduce the amount of heat, but the effect of long IR distance is not as good as that of big power infrared lights.

This works but it has high demands of fan testing and camera housing design.It should ensure good appearance and practical.
